Focus Level Guide
Monroe-inspired
F10 · 7 Hz
Mind awake, body asleep. Alpha/theta border. Settling, low-pressure symbol work, receptive quieting. Good first shell.
F12 · 6 Hz
Expanded awareness. Theta. The main shell for Zener runs and image-first sessions — alert but open. Preferred for psi work.
F15 · 4 Hz
No-time state. Deep theta. Slow image emergence and longer drift. Low urgency required. Use after F12 is familiar.
F21 · 2.5 Hz
Edge of time/space. Theta/delta border. Very deep. Use only when F15 is already familiar terrain. Headphones essential.
These are single-tone approximations of Monroe Institute focus states — not the full Hemi-Sync programs, which layer multiple carriers.
Bench Notes
headphones
This module creates a true left/right split instead of pretending a single symbolic tone is a binaural bed.
Headphones are the intended path. Speakers will blur the beat into the room and turn precision into soup.
